What we do

Blockchain Development

Smart contracts, tokenization, KYC, and compliant marketplaces.

What we do

Smart contracts, tokenization and compliant transfer rules. In practice most of the work is legal structure and compliance surface rather than Solidity — the contract is the easy part, and the part with the least commercial risk.

  • Token classification before contract code
  • Transfer restrictions enforced on-chain
  • Prepared for third-party audit

You probably need this if

What we build

01

Classification groundwork

We work with your counsel to establish what the token actually entitles the holder to. Teams that budget for a MiCA process and discover they need a securities process lose months.

02

Contracts with compliance encoded

Eligibility, jurisdiction limits and lock-ups enforced at the token level — the ERC-3643 pattern — rather than promised in a document.

03

Identity and KYC/AML integration

Verification wired into transfer rules so an ineligible transfer cannot settle in the first place.

04

Administration and reporting

The interfaces that make the thing operable: investor records, distributions, and an audit trail your accountant accepts.

Typical stack

  • Solidity
  • Foundry
  • EVM chains
  • ERC-3643
  • ERC-4626
  • thirdweb
  • Alchemy
  • TypeScript

How an engagement runs

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Structure and classification

Legal wrapper, token rights and regulatory route settled in writing before any contract work starts.

  2. Weeks 4–9

    Contracts and integration

Implementation, test coverage, and preparation for third-party audit.

  3. Week 10+

    Audit support and launch

Coordination of an external audit, remediation, deployment and operational handover.

Process

  1. 01

    Discovery & Audit

Goal analysis, process mapping, and KPIs.

  2. 02

    Tailored build

    Rapid development with biweekly sprints.

  3. 03

    Deploy & Scale

    Monitoring, training, and continuous optimization.

Common questions

Is our token under MiCA or MiFID II?
It depends on what the holder is entitled to. Rights to profit or a claim on an underlying asset point at financial-instrument rules rather than MiCA. This needs a written opinion from counsel, and it is the first thing to spend money on — not the last.
Do you audit the contracts yourselves?
No. We build for auditability and coordinate an independent third-party audit. A team auditing its own contracts is not an audit.
Which chain do you use?
Whichever the compliance, custody and cost constraints point to. Chain choice is an output of the requirements, not a starting preference.
What about custody?
Decided early, because it sinks more projects than any technical decision. Who holds keys, and what happens when an investor loses theirs, are questions with legal answers before they have technical ones.
